We are published authors and freelance journalists living in Hertfordshire and London.

Glynis Kozma is an author and freelance journalist who has written for all the national broadsheets and a range of consumer magazines. She’s also a qualified teacher of English and a trained coach – a member of the Association for Coaching. She combines her writing and teaching these courses with coaching individuals on careers, personal development and their writing.

Before changing careers she taught English for over twenty years in the state and independent sectors, and in colleges. Glynis was also a tutor for the National Extension College, which provides distance learning, teaching English to mature students, giving her valuable experience in providing feedback and support for students studying at home.

Her books Secondary School and Leaving Home were published by Need2Know in 2010. These are self-help books aimed at parents and young people leaving home, respectively. Glynis has written for The Times, Daily Telegraph, Guardian, Independent, Independent on Sunday, a wide range of consumer magazines including The Lady, Healthy, Britain, Woman, Essentials, Saga, Prima Online, and parenting magazines Right Start and Independent School Parent. Until its recent closure, she wrote regularly for AOL’s Parentdish website (now transferred to the Huffington Post.) She is a regular contributor to the ‘i’ and Independent newspapers and their special supplements on careers and higher education options. She writes mainly on education, parenting and careers. Glynis is often invited to contribute to BBC local and national radio on these topics.
